Policies

A deposit of one night plus tax is required at the time of booking. The balance due will be collected within 7 days of arrival using the original credit card on the reservation.

All reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within seven days or no-shows will not be refunded the deposit.

  • The Everglades is a place well known for its extreme weather and its stinging, biting, and wild nature. One of the missions of the National Park Service is to preserve the Everglades in its natural state. Refunds for early departures will not be granted for any of these naturally occurring challenges.

RULES & HELPFUL INFO:

  • Check-in: After 4 pm
  • Check-out: 11 am

There is a $35 entrance fee to the park (per vehicle, for up to 7 days) that is not included in the nightly rate.

Only AT&T cell services are available in the Flamingo area. Wi-Fi is available in all lodge rooms. However, service levels do not allow for streaming and/or downloading.

Smoking is not permitted, and dogs (with the exception of qualified service dogs) are not permitted.

Parking is limited at the lodge. You can expect to park one vehicle by your lodge room. Extra vehicles and trailered boats can be parked at the marina, which is within walking distance to the lodge.
