We're Blushing...

“We love the spaciousness of this campsites, barely no mosquitoes in March, and was a good place for kids to ride their bikes through the campground. Workers and hosts there were very nice.”

JOYCE A.

“I loved how easy it was to disconnect from society for a few days. The fact that I had to drive 15 miles outside the Flamingo Campground to get any cell service was absolute bliss!”

JOSEPH G.

“Well maintained campground that was very quiet after 10pm. Lush surroundings with great hikes nearby. Friendly staff at the Marina.”

TAMI K.

“The Long Pine Key campground was perfect! I lucked out and got to participate in a Ranger talk at the campground amphitheater the night I stayed. That was a great extra benefit!”

EILEEN H.

“I had the most amazing time staying at Long Pine Key . The wildlife is all around the camp areas. A Horned Owl was just sitting up in the tree sunning. Forever in the Everglades.”

CARA W.

“This is a beautiful and important national park. Yes, the mosquitoes are a bother, but we came prepared and knew the weather would be hot and humid. The lush greenery and wildlife were amazing to be a part of. So glad you had electricity for the RV air conditioner!”

Paul

“The beauty of this park must be seen. Every body of water, trail, forest, dirt road, and grass area is lush and so varied. To see an alligator in its natural habitat was stunning! And the birds…exquisite! The park is so well maintained and cared for. This is truly one of the gems of the national park system.”
