During the grand opening celebration, we had the honor of dedicating the newly reconstructed visitor center in memory of Guy Bradley, the first Audubon game warden[1]. Bradley was a remarkable individual who played a key role in wildlife conservation efforts, particularly in protecting countless bird species in the Everglades. The renaming of the visitor center serves as a tribute to his enduring legacy and commitment to preserving the natural wonders of this unique ecosystem.
